Beautiful Functionality

I've been a crazy cat lady for the last three years, which means I've seen a lot when it comes to cat trees and cat scratchers. This is truly the best of both worlds. Now being an apartment dweller, I eschew heavy furniture, but wanted to provide my cats with the vertical elevation they so love. The first scratcher I bought with a perch (by another company), my cat would scratch up to the top, but no matter how I enticed her, she wasn't inclined to sit at the top. In retrospect, I think she must've been able to tell that while the scratcher was stable enough for general use, it wasn't so rigorously stable for perching. So when I found the Mondo post, I ordered it with the cat bed on top and the perfectly sized blanket, half-expecting this perch would meet the same fate as its predecessor. Lo and behold, almost as soon as I brought it home, my two year old cat stretched and happily clambered up to the top, without any convincing at all (didn't even sprinkle the supplied catnip!). My little kitten hasn't figured out how to climb up yet, but he definitely likes being placed into the bed, and I'm sure he'll learn in time. (He loves scratching and sitting on his Angled Scratcher, that at present I've laid flat on my carpet to deter rug scratching. It seems to have helped!) Truly, your products were a hit with both my cats, and I simply couldn't be happier; happy cats make for happier humans. I hope you continue making your fabulous products for the years to come.
