1. Excellent Customer Service

   The hardware in my Mondo Deluxe post failed. I contacted the company and Dr. Schelling, the owner, called me herself. After explaining the problem to her and sending her pictures, she reviewed it with her manufacturer and sent me a replacement post at no charge saying "You paid a lot of money for this." I was impressed by her integrity and the ease of the fix. Thank you!

   Great exercise for my cats! They climb the post to the top and battle it out for who gets supremacy!

   I have two mail cats who love their scratching posts. I purchased both the Mondo and Purfect Post and they absolutely love them. They can finally stretch and when scratching and they love to climb and hang off the Mondo. The best thing is they haven't gone after any of the furniture since receiving these. I will likely get a couple more and place them strategically throughout my home. Guests comment how nice they look compared to the common posts you see from retail sources. I only wish I had found these sooner. I feel I can finally replace my sofa without fear they will simply go after the new one. Their happy and so am I. - Minnesota
