A couches dream

Thank you and my couch thanks you for creating such a fantastic scratching post! My cat Hans has destroyed our couch but after introducing him to the purrfect post he no longer scracthes the couch! I definitely recommend this scratching post for a cat that is not happy with his scratching post.

I looked and pondered and looked - this cost much more than others and gee did I want to spend the money - then I just bought it, take the chance.

I am happy I did.

The quality is excellent, but there is wood chipping off the top piece corner, called and they said it must have happend during shipping. Makes sense. They will be sending a replacement. A shame they have to pay for shipping services' rough treatment of packages.

Anyway, the quality is excellent, it looks great and I love the bigness of it. I have 3 cats and they all are using it. They are not climbing on it yet, but I think with time they will.

I love that it really looks nice, very elegant and it looks like it will last a long time. So, yes it costs more, but it really is worth it. Save your furniture, that costs more to replace when you go cheap on cat posts, and cheap cat posts don't satisfy you or your cats. Cats LOVE this.

And, my cats have never been big catnip lovers, but the catnip that came with the post, they all love it. So, I got the name of an excellent quality catnip to purchase for them as well. Win/win. Happy cats, happy mom!

I had done a LOT of research into what makes a great scratch post, even going as far as purchasing "The Ultimate Scratch Post" - I have gotta tell ya - it doesn't come CLOSE to this product.

I have two 4 month old British shorthairs, both weighing in at under 3 kilograms, and they are already making "The Ultimate" wobble, so they much prefer their Mondo. It doesn't budge! It is their choice for climbing, scratching, resting on, and playing on in general, for this reason.

I live in Australia - and there isn't a distributor here, so I had to order direct from the U.S.A. Quite pricey - but well worth it. I know that as my two grow to 7-9 kilo's - the Mondo is going to be more than enough for whatever they throw at it.

HIGHLY recommended.... and then some.

I keep going back to Perfect Post to get more kitty-pleasing scratching posts. We have two Siberian Forest kittens (12 weeks old now) and wanted to make sure they got off to a scratching-good start. We have a small post, the Everest post, and the mondo. They are very high quality and kitty approved. We definitely recommend!
