Love these scratching posts, especially because the parts can be replaced separately. My cat Sparky (very big, tall guy) loves to pull on this post -- very glad that I don't have to buy a new post everytime the base gets frayed! thank you

These scratching posts are a must have for your kitty. My cat started scratching on them before I took it out of the box. I strongly recommend this product and you and kitty will not be disappointed. I have been buying for 10 years and I have every scratcher dr Schelling has. My cat and I are very satisfied.
