It Actually Works

My cat was ignoring the little posts you find at the grocery store, and tentatively clawing at the upholstered chairs (because he knew we didn't like it). I had to encourage him to use the big Purrfect Post, and it took him a little while to get the idea that it would be okay to claw at it, but he totally prefers it now. Good work, Purrfect Post!

Both of my cats love it! One is 2 years old and the other is 6 months (newly adopted). The older cat has show the younger cat how to climb it and look out the window :)

I have a gray Perrfect Post Deluxe and four cats. All the cats use this post, to include the one who used the couch as a scratching surface (he is almost totally converted). After a year and a half of use, the post still has its good looks...these posts really take a beating and don't shed fibers. A purchase deciding point was the ability to obtain replacement posts. I didn't expect to also get long-lasting performance. Thanks for a good, solid, product - well worth the cost.
Never buy another scratching post!

The first time I bought a Purrfect Post was probably around 2007 or 2008 when I had 2 cats who had claws. I don't support declawing cats, but I also did not want my furniture ruined. So I researched scratching posts figuring the better the post the more likely the would be to use it. Much to my delight, those cats loved it!
Since then I now have a new cat and bought him a Purrfect Post as soon as I got him. He took to it immediately! I love that it looks great in my home AND that it's super sturdy for large cats. My boy is big at around 16 pounds. So, he's tall when he stands up to scratch on the post. It's a great fit for him to really stretch out and get his scratching on. And the beauty is that he loves it so much he never ever tries to scratch anything else. Fantastic!
I will never ever buy a different scratching post. This one is THE post! I highly recommend it!
