I am 74 years young...I removed the old small post...just 2 long screws...one at the top and one at the bottom...put the new post in with 2 long screws...one at the top and one at the bottom...easy peasy...

It's so rare to be able to just replace a post instead of having to buy a whole new tree. Package contained the post and replacement screws. Repaired the tree in less than 5 minutes. Thanks!

Completely satisfied, u have to rotate the small scratching post or the boyz target one spot and shred the fibers out...I would know because this is my third small post...I’ve had the set for almost 12 years and the little post is most vulnerable because they get the most leverage there.
