I bought a command centre deluxe and one of the bases arrived damaged. Christianne was very helpful. She made a claim from UPS but as they took so long to sort it she sent a replacement anyway. I live in the UK but think it's definitely worth the extra postage as they are such good quality and our cats love them. You can't buy such good quality sisal material posts in the UK - I've searched for hours online! I hope Christianne was successful with her claim.
